Another windowsill still life. I like the comparison of the tiny new flower, just bloomed, with the old chipped terracotta flowerpots. I also love these early flowers with their exquisite and intoxicating perfumes, essence of springtime. Breathe it in; breathe deeply on a cold winter morning.
